Merino wool fibers are extremely fine,with a diameter of only 17 microns, much finer than traditional wool, giving them a soft feel and making them very comfortable to wear.
Water-soluble wool
This sweater uses superfine Merino wool from Australia, blended with water-soluble yarns to strengthen the fabric. Immersed in warm water, those water-soluble yarns will be dissolved, leaving pure Merino wool alone.The result is a thinner, more semi-transparent translucent fabric.It feels comfortable and soft to touch.
