Shipping
It can take between 1-3 business days (not including weekends and Chinese national holidays) for us to prepare a package for international delivery.
Once your order ships, you will be sent an email containing tracking information. If there has been no update on the tracking information for more than 7 business days, please let us know so that we can open an inquiry.
Please click on the flag icon on our homepage to view the countries/locations that we ship to. If you do not see your country/location listed, then it is likely that we do not currently ship there.
Delivery times depend on:

2. Shipping method selected
Please check on our 'Shipping Policy' page to know more about the Estimated Delivery Time. We aim to meet the delivery times quoted but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or customs inspections, can result in delivery delays.
We will send you a 'dispatch confirmation' email as soon as your parcel has been collected. This email will also contain your YunExpress tracking number.

If you have purchased a pre-order item, please note the estimated shipping time indicated on each product page, which is subject to the availability of stock in the warehouse.
If the tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we kindly request that you check with a member of your household or a neighbor, as perhaps one of them collected or signed for the package.
If there is no sign of the package, please contact us so that we can open an inquiry.
cancellations
Once an order is placed it is sent immediately to our warehouse and the packing process begins. This is fully automated process and therefore we are unable to accept cancellations or changes of orders once placed. If your parcel has not been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
To ensure the security of your transaction, our system automatically flags orders that may potentially involve unauthorized activity. As a precaution, we send confirmation emails to customers to verify the validity of the order and avoid any issues with unauthorized charges.
If we do not receive a response to our confirmation email within one week, we will proceed with issuing a refund and canceling the order.
Please be sure to check both your inbox and junk folder regularly to avoid any inconvenience or potential cancellation of your order.
Changes
If your order has not yet shipped, then we should be able to update your address, so long as the delivery country/location remains the same. We cannot change the delivery country/location.
Once an order has been processed in our system, we are unable to make changes unless an item in your order is out of stock and requires an exchange for a different size or color.
Unfortunately, this means that we cannot add items to your existing order. If you wish to purchase additional items, please place a new order. If your original order has not yet shipped, we can arrange to combine both packages for you.
Customs, duties & taxes
Customs clearance is completely beyond our control, as are any delays resulting from inspections by the customs authorities.
As only the recipient of the package can make an inquiry with the local customs authorities, for any details regarding the process and its due date, we kindly ask you to contact them directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Returns International
We do not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the item(s) and place a new order at your earliest convenience.
Please proceed through our Returns platform for all international customers.
Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 15 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement. In the event the returned merchandise does not pass the quality check and is not approved, we reserve the right to withhold the payment and keep the returned merchandise. Please note that the shipping fees will not be refunded.
For international returns, we offer a pre-paid return label for a fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The estimated cost for the return label is between 27–60 USD, and an additional 5% international transaction fee will apply to every return processed.
Please note that the final deduction amount is based on the actual shipping cost of your order. The refund deduction amount depends on the returner's mailing address, the quantity and weight of the returned goods.
For UK customers, please contact us to request remote pickup as soon as possible if you are unable to scan the code. If you encounter any other issues during this process or need additional support, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
