Cocoon Trench Coat

This coat is made from photosynthetic cotton cultivated under more than 2,000 hours of sunlight, where CO₂ is transformed through the Calvin cycle into ultra-fine fibers measuring just 13–15μm. The result is a material of rare purity and precision. Its sculptural cocoon silhouette is shaped by curved shoulder darts, creating quiet tension between form and flow. The convertible collar can stand or fold, secured by cleanly engineered dual-button side seams. Drawing from Edwardian military tailoring and Parisian workshop traditions, the design merges historical structure with contemporary spatial clarity.
